You will enter the city through the South gate, where the famous series of human faces carved into the stone fix everyone who passes by.
Then, your expert guide will take you to discover the remains of the royal palace: the imposing temples of Bayon, Phimeanakas and Preah Khan, the Terrace of the Elephants and the Leper King, as well as its very advanced hydraulic systems.
After lunch your guide will take you to Angkor Wat. This huge Hindu funeral temple of three floors is a true architectural masterpiece. You will explore its colonnaded halls, libraries, pavilions and outdoor courtyards.
