Drive a quad bike across the desert for an hour and enjoy a unique view of the Giza pyramids!

You'll be picked up from your Cairo hotel and enjoy an air-conditioned transfer to Giza. 

On arrival, your professional guide will equip you and give you safety instructions. You'll then set off on a one-hour quad bike ride in the Giza Plateau's unique setting, close to the archaeological zone. Don't forget your camera, so you can immortalise views of the famous pyramids of Cheops, Khafre and Menkaure!

You'll then head towards the Sahara Desert for a bit of calm. On arrival, you can take a short break in the middle of the dunes, and enjoy a traditional tea (or a bottle of mineral water or soft drink) before you return to the set-off point and hand back the equipment. 

After this thrilling hour, you'll be taken back to your accommodation.

  • Particpants must be 5 years or older
  • The driver must be at least 16 years old and know how to drive a quad
  • Children under 15 years old must go on a double quad with an adult
  • Transfers from/to your accommodation in Cairo's city center or Giza are available. Long-range pickup/drop off are available at an extra cost. Please provide your accommodation address when booking
  • Are considered long-range hotels located in: the regions of Al Nasr City, Cairo International Airport, Heliopolis, Mirage city, Rehab City, Madinaty, New Cairo, New Capital hotels, 6th of October City
  • This tour isn't suitable for pregnant women, people with back or neck pain, heart problems and wheelchair users
  • Pets, luggage and large bags aren't allowed on this activity
  • Participants will be required to sign a waiver form prior to the activity
  • Any damage, injury or lost items during the outing aren't covered by insurance and are the responsibility of the participant
  • The tour takes place in the Sahara Desert, outside the Pyramid and Sphinx area. Quad bikes aren't allowed in the pyramid zone
  • Essential gear: comfy clothes, trainers, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen!
