Discover the riches of the Grotte de Baume Obscure with a caver and then head out into the forest to hear the nighttime fauna!
After meeting with your caver guide, explore the caves filled with crystallizations, small underground rivers, geological curiosities, mineral deposits, fossils, bats, and much more. The whole 700 meter (2,269 feet) path is secured and cleared. Visitors will travel 60 meters (197 feet) underground! Your caver guide will help you find hidden treasures in the cave, as well as tell you the history of its formation and how exploration has evolved.
Next, head out into the forest along a 850 meter (half mile) lit path to learn about nocturnal animals. Visitors will receive the necessary documents to take part in this fun activity that focuses on nocturnal sounds and the nighttime environment.
