Leave the white sandy beaches of Hurghada behind for a day and head off with your family or friends to the banks of the Nile in the company of a local Egyptologist guide!
You'll enjoy a transfer from your hotel in Hurghada, in an air-conditioned bus, and go to Luxor and its West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings. This vast region of Egypt houses the tombs of the New Kingdom pharaohs. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a mysterious place that still holds many secrets.
You'll visit the temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh to rule ancient Egypt. Built in the middle of nowhere, this temple is an architectural feat. You'll see the famous Colosses of Memnon.
After lunch at a local restaurant, you'll head to the East Bank by taking a ferry across the Nile. You'll visit the temple of Karnak, the largest temple in Egypt.
You'll then be driven back to Hurghada after a day exploring Luxor and its two banks.
