You'll enter the Gedikpasa Hamam, a Turkish bath dating back to 1475 located in the center of Istanbul. You'll begin your traditional Turkish hammam experience by lying for 15 minutes on a hot stone. Next, a natir for women, a tellak for men, will prepare your skin by exfoliating it for 10 minutes to remove all dead skin cells. The final stage of the Turkish bath then consists of a massage with a traditional soap that will lather all over your body.
During the Turkish bath experience, your hair will also be washed.
You'll then enjoy some quiet time in a dedicated room, where you can enjoy Turkish sweet treats, fruits, nuts as well as real Turkish coffee.
