  • Gates open at club level, 2.5 hours before kick-off, for all matches
  • Seats are padded and located in block 66 to 78, the equivalent of a club level ticket
  • You can visit the museum only on club match days
  • You can take a tour of the stadium only on non-match days
  • Once your booking has been made and confirmed, you will receive your ticket between 72 and 48 hours prior to kick-off
  • Match date postponement: once your purchase has been made, if the match is postponed by the organiser from Saturday to Sunday (or vice versa), this activity remains non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, if the match is postponed to a weekday (Monday to Friday) you may request a full refund or a new ticket depending on the remaining availability.
  • It is forbidden to wear the shirt of the opposing team, this could lead to being asked to leave without a refund.
