Werribee Zoo is located next to Werribee River and is home to a number of African species as well as other species from Asia and Australia. Stroll around the zoological park offering different natural environments and habitats, including large green and grassy prairies.
The park also offers a safari aboard a vehicle specially made for this activity. Accompanied by an expert guide, you will travel across several hectares of savanna-like environments and admire from up close giraffes, zebras, antelopes and rhinoceros’. You will also be able to follow different park trails by foot that will bring you to lions, cheetahs and hippopotamuses.
