In the second part of the workshop, you'll learn how to make Italian-style artisan gelato. The chef will share tips and techniques, explain the difference between gelato and traditional ice cream, and help you master the perfect texture and flavors.
Your experience will end with a shared tasting: enjoy your homemade pizza and gelato, accompanied by unlimited Italian wine for adults, and soft drinks for children. You'll also receive a digital recipe booklet to recreate your dishes at home.
